I came to Spain some 5 years ago to start my new life in the sun. A father of two, I had spent the previous 34 years working in IT in the NHS mostly as a project manager.

When I came to Spain I decided to do something completely different so I approached a local real estate company and offered to help them to develop their new build property sales operation. This enabled me to gain an full understanding of the business and in the process develop a network of contacts crucial to providing my clients with the very best possible experience when buying a new home in the sun.

Always looking for a fresh challenge, another opportunity soon presented itself to me in the form of setting up and running a restaurant in the hostelaria sector. After two years of hard graft my business partner and I now have a thriving restaurant called El Alquimista on Condado de Alhama. Rather surprisingly we found that many of our customers also wished to purchase their own home in the sun so I decided to combine the two businesses and establish a real estate company of my very own.
